The Polesworth Beaver Colony currently have four leaders and two young leaders. The leadership team work hard to ensure that all the beavers take part in as many different activities as possible as they start there journey through scouting. As well as learning new skills and making new friends the most important thing is that beavers always have FUN!

Jo - Beaver Leader

A well established member of Polesworth Scout Group. Jo enjoys encouraging the beavers to take part in all sorts of activities. Always a favourite with the beavers.

Martin- Assistant Beaver Leader

Although recently qualified as a leader Martin has been part of Polesworth Scout Group for a number of years. Always willing to help the beavers acheive something new and join-in.

Jason - Assistant Beaver Leader

Jason is an enthusiatic parent who has taken the plunge to become a full time leader. Jason is currently working through his leader training to become a fully qualified Beaver leader

Dave - Assistant Beaver Leader

Dave has been with Polesworth Beavers for many years, his enthusiasm for fun and adventure makes him an ideal beaver scout leader.

Becky- Young leader (Barbarians Explorer Scout)

Becky is an enthusiastic addition to our leadership team. A former Polesworth Scout and currently a Barbarians Explorer Scout, she is working as a Young Leader with the troop and is busy completing her Explorer Scout; Duke of Edinburgh's Awards. Becky shows great commitment to the troop and exhibits great patience with the beavers.

Natalie- Young leader (Barbarians Explorer Scout)

Natalie is a bubbly member of the leadership team. A former Polesworth Scout and currently a Barbarians Explorer Scout, she is working as a Young Leader with the troop and is busy completing her Explorer Scout, Duke of Edinburgh's Awards. Natalie enjoys joining in with the colony and helping the beavers along the way.
