The troop is made up of approximtely 40 10 to 14.5 yr old boys and girls, divided into 6 patrols - Raven, Falcon, Owl, Hawk, Eagle and Kestrel. Each patrol has a patrol leader and assistant patrol leader who manage their patrol. We also currently have three Senior patrol leaders, who are experienced older scouts nearing the end of their time at scouts, before they become Explorer scouts.

The troop meets on a Thursday evening from 7.00pm till 9.00pm at the Polesworth Scout HQ on High Street in Polesworth. We do try to get out of the hut for activities at other locations, and outdoors whenever possible. We publish a programme each year which is downloadable from this site, or available from one of the leaders via email as a pdf. Occasionally we do have to deviate from the programme due to unforseen problems, but these will be communicated through the news section and by email as soon as we know.

We are a uniformed organisation, and as such we do expect scouts to attend meetings wearing at least their scout shirt and neckerchief. When attending other activities and camps scout uniform MUST be worn.
